Introductory Divers will receive a 1-on-1 skills session, that will provide basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional, followed by a guided reef tour! Enjoy exceptional diving along Hawaii's famous reefs!
Have family or friends that just want to snorkel, ride along or already certified? Bring them along!

Divers can ot fly on an airplane for 24 hours after a scuba dive.
To scuba dive safely, you must not be extremely overweight or out of condition. Diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. A person with heart trouble, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, a severe medical problem, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, should not dive. If taking medication, consult your doctor before participating in this program. Pregnant women should not be participating in scuba diving. A person should not fly for a minimum of eighteen hours after scuba diving.
